Wyoming Real Estate License
In order to obtain your real estate license in Wyoming you must be sponsored by a broker that holds license in that state. You will also be required to complete 30 hour of approved training from an approved school and pass the state exam.
Wyoming Brokers License
You first need to already have experience as a real estate salesperson in Wyoming for a period of 2 years. As a broker you will need to successfully complete 60 hours of approved courses and pass the state exam.
Every three years all agents need to complete 45 hours of continuing education courses. Your Wyoming real estate license is valid for a 3 year period. Currently Wyoming has reciprocity with nineteen other states.
