Wisconsin Real Estate License
In order to obtain your license in Wisconsin you need to have completed 72 hours of courses that were approved by the state.
Wisconsin Broker License
Brokers are required to pass the salesperson exam or be licensed as a Wisconsin real estate salesperson. You will need to complete 20 semester hour credits in real estate related law courses from an approved school as well as pass the state exam.
Your real estate agent license expires biannually. The exam fee for brokers and salespersons is $69.00.
