Nebraska Real Estate License
In order to receive your real estate license in Nebraska one must complete 60 hours of state approved courses. You must complete 12 hours of state approved courses ever 2 years as continuing education. You are also required to be at least 19 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED. You will need a passing grade of 75% on the state exam.
Real Estate Brokers License
To be a broker you must complete 180 hours in pre-license courses or 120 clock hours in pre-license courses and 2 years full time salesperson experience or part time equivalent. Both salesperson and broker need to have a criminal history report conducted.
