Missouri Real Estate Salesperson
To be eligible for the salesperson examination you must be 18 years of age and satisfy one of the below requirement.
- Be a licensed attorney
- Earn a certificate of completion from a 60 hour salesperson course from an accredited Missouri real estate school.
- Be granted a one time sitting for the exam from the Missouri real estate commission.
- Qualify for a one time sitting for the exam by being actively licensed in another state as a salesperson or broker for 12 of the last 18 months preceding the test date.
Missouri Real Estate Broker
To be eligible for the broker examination the applicants must pass the salesperson examination or have a current salesperson license in Missouri and one of the following:
Earn a certificate of completion from a 48 hour broker course from an accredited Missouri real estate school.
- Hold an active Missouri salesperson license for 12 of the last 18 months preceding the application for the state exam.
- Be a licensed attorney.
- Be granted a one time sitting for the exam by the Missouri real estate commission or qualify for a one time sitting by being actively licensed as a broker in another state for 12 of the 18 months preceding the test date.
