Kansas Real Estate Salesperson License
In order to get a Kansas real estate license you need to be 18 years of age or older and have completed a 30 hour principles of real estate course from a school approved by the state commission. You’ll need to pass both parts of the examination within 12 months of the course completion date.
Kansas Real Estate Broker License
For your broker’s license you need to complete a 24 hour approved course and pass both parts of a licensing examination within 12 months of the course completion date.
Test locations are found throughout the state. Be sure to contact the one closest to you for hours of operation and what you need to bring with you. The state exam fee is currently $75
