How to become a real estate salesperson in New Mexico
You will need to be at least 18 years of age. Any applicant must complete 60 classroom hours of approved real estate course from a licensed school. Thirty hour need to be real estate law and thirty hours need to be real estate practice. You will then be required to pass the state exam. New Mexico has a Licensure Recognition with five other states: Colorado, Wyoming, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Montana. The exam fees are $95.
