Nevada Real Estate Salesperson License
For continuing education you must complete 24 hours of approved courses: 3 hours of Agency, 3 hours of ethics, 3 hours of Nevada law and legislation, 12 hours of general, 3 hours of property management and 3 hours of broker management.
In order to receive your Nevada salesperson license you must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma. You must also complete 90 hours of state approved courses and pass the state exam with a 75% or higher grade.
Real Estate Broker license
To become a broker you must take a total of 64 semester units comprised of:
- Real Estate Law – 3 Units
- Real Estate Principles – 3 Units
- Real Estate appraisal – 3 Units
- Real Estate, Business, or Economics – 15 Units
- Broker Management Training – 3 Units
Real Estate License Renewals:
Your first renewal - 30 Hours Continuing Education, including a minimum of six (6) hours of courses. The renewal fee is $180 for the salesperson license and #220 for a broker license.
Your second and subsequent renewal - 15 Hours Continuing Education, including a minimum of six (6) hours of designated courses. The renewal fee is $180 for salesperson license and $220 for brokers.
