Tennessee Real Estate Affiliate Broker License
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have completed 60 hours of course work approved by the state. For your real estate brokers license you need to have been an affiliate broker for 3 year and have completed 120 classroom hours of study. Thirty of these hours must be in Office and Broker Management courses.
You must submit it to TREC a photo of yourself with proof of high school graduation. You’ll need documented responses to seven qualifying questions related to your background. You will also need to supply information about the broker for whom you will be working with.
You are encouraged to reserve your exam date at least three to four business days prior. To schedule an exam, PSI will require you full name, address, phone, social security number and date of birth. They will need to know what exam you are applying for and the exam fee is $55.
