New Hampshire Real Estate License
In order to become a real estate salesperson you must be at least 18 years of age and have completed 40 or more hours of real estate courses approved by the state. It is important to understand that after passing the exam for your brokers or salesperson license that you have 6 months from the date of the examination to become licensed or you may be required to retake the state exam. The license of any unaffiliated salesperson in active license status will lapse unless you obtain affiliate with a broker with a 2 year period.
Real Estate Brokers
You will need to be at least 18 years of age or older and have at least 1 full year of active experience as a real estate salesperson. A 60 hour course is required. You will need to have signed affidavits from three character references.
In order to renew your license it will cost $70 for the salesperson license and $90 for the brokers license.
