Montana Real Estate Salesperson License
In order to get your Montana real estate salesperson license you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and complete a 60 hour pre-license course from a school approved by the state board. No other experience is necessary.
Every year you must complete 12 hours of state approved courses. Of the 12 hours, 4 hours of mandatory courses from the following tops
- Agency (Our Consensual Daul Agency course satisfies this mandatory requirement)
- Fair Housing (Our ADA & Fair Housing course satisfies this mandatory requirement)
- Environmental Issues
- Ethics (Our Ethics in Real Estate course satisfies this mandatory requirement)
- Risk Reduction
- Montana Licensing Law & Rules
- Landlord/Tenant Law
- Private Property Rights
- Legislative Changes
- The other 8 hours are elective courses
Licensing Fees:
$175.00 if Licensed in an Even Year
$87.50 if Licensed in an Odd Year
$35.00 Recovery Account (one time fee)
