Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson License
In order to become a real estate salesperson in Connecticut one must successfully complete a course approved by the Connecticut commission of real estate consisting of at least 60 hours of study or have equivalent experience determined by the state commission.
To receive your CT broker’s license you must already be an active real estate salesperson under the supervision of a licensed broker for a minimum of 2 years. You will need to complete a course approved by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission consisting of at least 60 hours. You will also be required to complete an additional 30 hours of real estate appraisal courses including an additional 30 hours.
