Arkansas Real Estate Salesperson License
If you are interested in becoming a real estate salesperson in Arkansas you need to successfully complete 60 classroom hours of approved pre-license education. You can obtain this education from accredited postsecondary schools or private school authorized to teach such courses in real estate. You must then be required to take a pass the state exam.
Brokers are required to be an active salesperson for 2 years of the previous 4 years. You are also required to take 60 hours of real estate courses that have been approved by the state. Current license fees are $70. The license application is $50.
